3. No cancellations or refunds shall be made after confirmation.

4. Items are NEW and in good condition. Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. No price haggling or refunds will be entertained. All measures will be taken to ensure the pictures and description of items to be as precise as possible. Color of product may vary slightly due to lighting/camera setting.

5. Shipping/transportation fee is excluded. We are using Pos Express/Poslaju/ Registed Mail to send out the goods.

6. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping/transportation.

Step 2: Please wait for our reply with total payment including postage. Our Bank account number will be given to you. Please bank in payment within 2 days. Pre-order is 24 hrs.

Step 3: Please send me a notification through email or FB's inbox after payment has been done. If pay through internet banking, kindly enter my email address cuties4moms@gmail.com

Step 4: After we get the payment, we will sent out the goods to you.
